15 minutes at 60℃.

Properties ：

1、 AS-101 is resin, without silicone oil exist as other release agents, it could be secondary processing directly.

2、No build up, no transfer, no color bleed.

3、Act on the surface of the mold, form a thin coating, increase the mobility of the rubber and anti-rust.

4、Long duration，spray once every 4-8 hours，and clean the mold every 3-4 months.

5、180℃ heat resist，volume 450ML/CAN，24CANS/CTN.

6、Long term used ,No mold build up and no color change .

Application：

1. Mold preparation：

The surface of the mold must be cleaned and free of all other release agents and contamination  to make sure it is completely react with AS-101.You can use mold cleaner GR-338 or the other suitable solvent.

New mold：It can be give the  best surface to the product, the new reinforce glass fiber  and Epoxy mold should be cured before used.

Attention: for multi-hole, environmental and repaired mold should be used mold Durakote sealer.( Please contact the supplier  for the information.)

2. Use*Please refer to the MSDS before use*

Pay attention to avoid touching eyes and skin when you use AS-101 and keep ventilate.

1. Use AS-101 not too much in the place of  ventilate and the solvent can  volatilize rapidly. Spray out a smooth 、thin、uniform and sequential wet layer. Avoid spray too much on the same place (Make sure it is a sequential thin layer after cure).

2. When use again, should avoid to use too much, too. For release agent completely cured, 10-15 minutes should be allowed at room temperature

3. The first time to use AS-101, 2—3 coats is enough. The last coat apply  1 hour at room temperature or 15min at mold temperature 60℃ or 3-5min at 150℃.

4. After AS-101 cover the mold completely, a perfect performance can be got. Reapply a coat when it becomes hesitate to release. Reapply a coat  effect a little because AS-101 has big polymer. So it is necessary to reapply a coat.

3.Reapply：

    Handlers should reapply a coat in a suitable interval. This depend on the kind of polymer, constitute and situation of the mold. To reapply a coat if the polymer of the coat is reduce or damage. Suggest to use AS-101 when the temperature of the mold is below 180℃.
