Application：

1.The release agent diluted with water to the appropriate concentration, dilution ratio should be based on the specific process of our factory, it is recommended to dilute the times 1:30 times.

2. Wash the mould thoroughly with a detergent or other suitable solvent to remove the previously retained mould release or other residue and then dry with a clean cloth or towel and then rub it with a chlorinated hydrocarbon solvent or an oil solvent.

3.At normal operating temperature, the first mould should be sprayed on the mould 2-3 times release agent, spraying the mould and spray gun distance of 30-50 cm.

4. Start molding.
