      Application

, The release agent with 120# gasoline diluted to the appropriate concentration, the proposed multiple 1:6.

, Spraying (or brushing) before the release agent, the mould must be cleaned with solvent, be sure to make the mould surface without rust or other pollutants, and then coated with release agent used.

, The first spraying release agent, be sure to increase the amount of spraying.

, The spraying release agent must be evenly distributed throughout the mould surface, can not be left dead corner, the edge of the mould should be appropriate to increase the amount of spraying.

, After finishing the release agent, and other solvent evaporation, wipe the surface of the mould with a dry cloth and then inject material.

, It is necessary to ensure that the container and compressed air are dry and moisture free. Otherwise, it is difficult to release.
