Mold preparation ：

The mold surface bust be clean and free of any release agent or other contaminants for AS-311 to be completely effective. Remove any contaminant with GR-338 or other solvents。

For new mold ：

Release agent can be bonded with completely cured new mold surface well. New fiberglass reinforce mold or epoxy resin mold should be cured completely.

Application：*consult MSDS prior to use*

    AS-311 may be used at temperature 13℃--150℃ ventilately ，spray on the mold surface.

1. Keeping the nozzle 8-10〞(20CM-30CM），from one side of mold to the other.

2. Apply 2—3 coats, 1—2 minutes between coats for solvent volatilization。

3. For release agent completely cured,30minutes should be allowed at room temperature and 1—2 minutes at 100—150℃（100—300℉）

4. After using AS-311 a while，a perfect performance can be got. Reapply a coat when it becomes hesitate to release。

5. When hesitate to release, reapply AS311 to the trouble part of mold or whole mold surface.

Note：Touch up coats should be applied at regular intervals for more releasing应and less resin build up.

Flammability /Storage：

AS-311 contains flammable solvents. The product should be always be used in well-ventilated areas. Store in a cool dry place. Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
